Welcome to my site! I'm Lori. I've been a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor since 2003. My specialty is Functional Fitness and Strength for Seniors, but I love working with folks of all ages! I have a background in Bodybuilding and Strength Training. I'm also a breast cancer survivor, and have helped several other survivors to regain their strength, mobility, and emotional recovery.


My initial consultation is always free. I can work with any sort of physical limitation, and have helped many folks with knee, hip, and shoulder issues regain strength and range of motion. I can work alongside any other healthcare practitioners you're using, including doctors, physical therapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and nutritionists.


I strive to improve your life through increased strength, ability and function. I with work with you where you are, physically and emotionally. Whatever your goals for your present and future fitness may be, let's talk, so we can work together to achieve them!


I never use high-pressure sales, pre-programmed workouts, or sell fancy supplements. Your program will be customized to YOU, and we can create as much variety in your workouts as you would like.
